Upon arrival at Glenshee, you’ll find ample parking available close to the base station. They offer free parking, including designated spaces for visitors with mobility issues. However, during peak times, it’s recommended to arrive early to secure your spot.

The lift operates during the warmer months, typically from late June until early September, allowing you to appreciate the stunning views across the Scottish hills.

The Summer Chairlift’s operating hours are from 10am to 4:30pm, with the last departure scheduled at 4pm. It’s essential to arrive in good time, as the chairlift may close early due to unpredictable weather conditions or maintenance requirements. Children under the age of 5 can ride the Summer Chairlift for free with an accompanying adult. Additionally, the chairlift can accommodate bikes, allowing you to bring your own for a thrilling descent down the mountain trails.  Dogs are also welcome to use the chairlift, as long as they can be kept safely sitting by their owner.
