The Stables

Auchavan Stables is conveniently laid out on one level with generous rooms throughout, making it a very comfortable house for larger groups and families, with ample entertaining space. It has been renovated recently and enjoys a 5 star rating. The Stables  is non-smoking and children are welcome.  Pets are not permitted in this cottage.

The spacious sitting room has a woodburning stove, Freesat TV, DVD player and a small library of books, games and DVDs.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining room with ample space for large groups. The kitchen is serviced with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room with laundry facilities.

Along the corridor are three bedrooms all with wash basins and shaving points. The sleeping accommodation is very flexible, all rooms can be set up with twin beds or super king size to suit your needs, all bed linen and towels are provided

The family bathroom has underfloor heating, large bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is a second bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

There is oil central heating throughout the property and ample parking. There is a large fenced garden – perfect for children – also a patio, picnic table and BBQ, log shed and bike store.

 A cot and high chair are available. Logs are provided free of charge.
